The property was nicely presented and pleasant with amicable staff. Plenty of outstanding food. - Nearby Le Bistro d'arlot - great place to chill out.

It is perfect countryside venue, it offers great pool and the location is ideal down to the changing area. The hotel stuff is amiable and efficient. The restaurant serves warm French food.

I always stay at a hotel in Joue-les-Tours. At my first visit, the staff kindly helped me with directions. This place has everything I need - Wi-Fi, car park, 24-hour reception, bar/restaurant, fitness studio, indoor pool. Perfect for my city trip.

A litle far from town, but good acces anyway

Exceptionally comfortable bed, room was big and functional, with air conditioner, an electronic key card, and a work desk. The location was lovely and the staff were very, very nice. Even the Tours Val de Loire airport was not so far, 19 minutes drive away...

Super convenient location! 📍 You can easily walk to popular spots like Place Plumereau and other attractions. the breakfast spread was amazing, lots of delicious options to choose from. A great choice for a trip here!

Comfortable, clean with good facilities - a massive bed! Didn't try the spa or swimming pool but looked fine. Free Wi-fi useful. Good location for exploring Loire and great as a stopping off point travelling from southwest France back to Calais. Very quiet, little bit outside town but that was ok and parking was free. Had meal in restaurant which was good if a little on the pricy side. All the staff we encountered were friendly and helpful.

For a good quality hotel that was not the cheapest. We were disappointed with thin towels in bathroom, a real shame and easily remedied. Also the fact that the shower screen was too small - however careful you were, water still spilled on the floor and the counter top.

Room was excellent, large bed, nice bathroom/shower, very comfortable. Restaurant was good with a good selection of food and wine.

Outside patio area was a bit shabby, needs some updating

Booked the hotel to attend conference in the centre of Tours - Mercure Tours Sud is relatively far from the town centre and taxis forming only transport.

Good service, tidiness, pool

Cozy room with a modern touch and an extra bed for our kid - super handy! 🛏️ the hotel's location was ideal, just a short stroll away from a beautiful lake and park. We also liked that Lac des Bretonnieres was only 3 km from here, giving us more outdoor options nearby.

Nice clean rooms. Friendly staff. Ground floor rooms available. Convenient location for motorway stop-over.

Felt welcome, no reason to complain.

It is situated next to a beautiful park, perfect for a relaxing stroll. the lake, which is just a stone's throw from the hotel, was simply breathtaking. the rooms were comfortable and clean. the breakfast spread was fantastic, with a wide variety of food and drinks to choose from. the hotel also has a good number of leisure facilities, such as a pool, hammam, and sauna.

The check-in process was a bit slow, which was a bit inconvenient for us.
